Used as material in a number of advanced Ultimate Evolutions. It can be acquired from the Mythical difficulty of Tuesday Dungeon.
Note that this monster is also an alternating Skill-Up fodder for either 
Radious, 
Apocalypse, 
Life Dragon, Zhuge Liang, or 
赤龍契士・ガディウス. Its Active Skill will change with an update every month or so.
For New Players
Normally, you wouldn't be able to get this material until you have a pretty advanced team. However, if you save up your Pal Points for events with Rare Evo Materials in the Pal Egg Machine, you may end up rolling one and getting a jump-start into a powerful Ultimate Evolution!
