Evaluation
Perhaps the best skill-set for an Attacker-type (and possibly the entire game). Active skill is a water nuke, and leader skill boosts Attacker-types' attack by a huge multiplier when not at full health. Very useful leader. 8th highest attack stat in the US version, but other stats are unimpressive. A powerhouse when paired with another ShinjiandKaworuandUnit-13, FI, though make sure you still have good HP/RCV.
For New Players
If you happened to pull these guys (~5% chance) from the Evangelion Egg Machine - congrats, you got pretty much the most worthwhile pull out of a not-very-worthwhile lottery! They are still pretty tough to use, though, partly due to a lack of compatible friend leaders, and partly because Attackers are fragile so you'll have a hard time stalling for that Active Skill. Probably best used as a sub on a tanky Water team.
(Don't pull the Eva Egg Machine just in hopes of getting these guys. You can get much better value out of your stones on the REM during a good Godfest.)
