Evaluation
The Light-type Metatron is essentially a more advanced version of 
Warrior Rose, Graceful Valkyrie, with 3.5x ATK instead of 3x to Healer types. However, her multiplier requires keeping your HP high, and since the attack multiplier is applied before HP recovery, you will not get the 3.5x ATK that round even if you refill your HP from matching Hearts.
GungHo has tried to improve her more than once, first by giving her and her Healer Subs 
Auto-Recover Awoken Skills, then by giving her Skill-Up monsters and changing her Leader Skill requirement from full HP to >80% - but even with all that, she is still risky as a team leader. Monsters with Delay skills (

) are her best friends.
With her latest Ultimate Evo, Metatron's usefulness increased greatly. The evo gave her some stat upgrades, a new 
Skill Boost Awoken Skill, and most importantly, now her Leader Skill only requires >50% HP to activate, giving her a greater margin of error and thus making her much safer and useful, putting her on par with Warrior Rose, Graceful Valkyrie. She also gains a Blue sub-color, which also means that now Blue Healer teams can be constructed around her as well.
Much like the other Godfest-only REM pulls such as 
Awoken Odin, Metatron has a long list of decent Awoken Skills. If you are able to spare enough Tamadras for her, she becomes a fairly useful monster.
For New Players
A Healer team takes a good deal of time and/or luck for a new player to build up. She is not the best starter and you should probably reroll if you don't have an alternate good leader. Once you Ultimate Evolve her, she can give Warrior Rose, Graceful Valkyrie a run for her money, but you will need to get your hands on an 
Angelit first.
