Pure Demon Lord, Astaroth
Evaluation
Attacker Astaroth has a strong Leader Skill... but there are practically NO green Devils to act as her subs. Her best use is currently being a sub for 
Moral Commanding Deity, Liu Bei or 
Genius Sleeping Dragon, Zhuge Liang, but her Active Skill isn't much suited for an Attacker team. At least she brings some decent RCV to the table...
If you insist on using her as a leader, these are her current sub options:
Marine Rider, Bard Robin- Corpse Wyrm, Dragon Zombie
- Awoken Hera-Beorc
- Fertility Deity, Evil Ceres (and Awoken Ceres...)
- Underworld Protector Genbu, Meimei
- Moonlit Feline Goddess, Bastet
- 神・ピッコロ
- セル・完全体
And you'll just have to fill in with whatever other strong Devils you have.
For New Players
Astaroth is a moderately good leader, but not so much as a starting pull because most good Devil types are hard/uncommon for a new player to come by. It's also tougher to find friends for her. If you have any other strong leaders, she's a decent monster to hold onto for the future, but if you don't, she's not so valuable that you'll lose out by rerolling.
Background
Astaroth is a Demon Prince from Judaism. The name "Astaroth" is derived from Astarte, the Phoenician equivalent of the Babylonian goddess Ishtar, which is probably the reason for Astaroth's female appearance in this game. Wikipedia
By the way, her doll's name is "Cauchemar", French for "nightmare".
