Ceres is very poor starter pull. 55% Resistance to a single element (or even two elements) is not strong enough to carry your team into more difficult content. You should re-roll, regardless of her potential endgame usefulness. For more information please see the two guides, linked above.
Please note that Ceres does not have the Healer subtype, despite her high RCV and full-healing Active skill.
Unless there are team cost considerations, you should Ultimate Evo her to or as soon as you can. I mean, seriously, do it if for no other reason than this art is terrible.
