Awoken Hera
Evaluation
Hera was one of the very first "final bosses" in P&D, and as such is somewhat outclassed nowadays by other Descended bosses such as her peer 
Awoken Hera-Is. She is still a useful farmable monster, though, especially for a Dark team. Her stats are solid, and her Active Skill is very valuable, even moreso when skilled up by - you guessed it - farming more Heras. The Heras are also a good sub for a devil team.
For New Players
It will take some time before you're able to tackle Descended dungeons, but when you do, Hera Descended should be your first (aside from possibly Hero Descended) because it's the easiest dungeon to farm a Gravity skill, which is near-essential for tackling other Legendary/Mythical-rank bosses. Hera Descended can be beaten with a few fairly simple strategies, but just plain strategy isn't enough - be sure your levels are up to snuff, too.
Background
In Greek mythology, Hera is the long-suffering wife of Zeus. There is no mythological basis for her devilish depiction in the game.
