Dub-lits can be used to cheaply fill out otherwise unoccupied spots on early-game teams, providing an appreciable boost to HP, ATK and RCV for only one point of team cost. Using 
Dub-mythlits is more effective for this purpose, unless one runs a mono-color blue team with a leader providing boosts to blue-colored monsters.
For New Players
You will acquire these while farming for Dub-mythlits from the expert-level Friday Dungeon, but they are mainly useful as evolution materials.
