Fuu, the Dancer in the Grasses
Evaluation
Fuu has very little value outside of being a collector's item. Her double Heart-making skill is slightly useful on a 
team, especially if you want to try an all-Light Healer burst damage team, but considering her sub-par stats, there are increasingly more better options for a Healer team these days.
Like the other Sticker Girls, she can lead a Healer team with massive HP, but that's not worth much outside of a novelty.
For New Players
Unless you simply have to have a cute kitty girl, your 5 stones are better spent on something other than shaking the Pink Dragon's hand.
Background
The Sticker Girls were originally part of a JP promotion, where players could purchase stickers in order to get a code for one of these monsters. The Pink Egg Machine was introduced recently so that players could have a chance to get them again.
