Dark Samurai Dragon, Nobunaga
Evaluation
With the recent cost reduction of most dragons, Dark Samurai Dragon Nobunaga has become a good "stat-stick" sub on mid-game attacker teams thanks to his good ATK and HP. He is, for instance, valuable on Hand of the Dark God, Metatron teams, where his high HP allows the team to tank strong boss hits. His active skill is not particularly impressive, given that attacker teams normally don't need additional small damage boosts, and therefore he is outclassed in the late game by subs from the Rare Egg Machine with more useful skills. His leader skill is nothing special, either.
For New Players
You might want to farm for this dragon in the early stages of the rare Dark War Dragon dungeon if you have an attacker- or dragon-enhancing leader, but you won't be able to use him until the mid-game due to his still-significant cost. Otherwise he probably isn't worth the trouble.
Background
The Samurai dragons are named after Japanese historical figures. Oda Nobunaga (1534–1582) was a powerful warlord who initiated the unification of Japan.
