Jester Dragon, Drawn Joker
Evaluation
For a long time, the Toy Dragon series have been near-jokes because they are some of the most common Rare Egg Machine pulls, and quite unwanted compared to Gods. However, they have always had a role as reasonably good defensive monsters, giving a handy 50% resist to two colors and making Hearts to boot.
Drawn Joker resists Blue and Dark, two very common colors in Descended dungeons, making him a valuable Resist leader. His Active Skill is tremendously useful in Dark teams led by or , especially after it's skilled up to a 5-round cooldown from the Dragon in Motley dungeon. One thing to consider, though, is that his Heart conversion skill uses up Light Orbs, which may steal away potential attack ammo if you're using a Chaos Dragon Knight - which is why some people would rather use in their Dark team.
Whether or not you Ultimate Evolve Drawn Joker largely depends on what you are using him for. If you mainly want him for a Resist Leader, it is safer not to ult-evo him, so he's less vulnerable to Binds. As a sub on a Dark, Blue, or Devil team, it's much better to ult-evo him because he gets a significant boost to his RCV and a second attack. When in doubt, go ahead and ultimate evolve him. It is relatively easy to ult-evo, and, if one has the evo materials, one can switch daily between the two forms.
For New Players
Reroll. Neither Pierdra nor any of his evolutions are good starter leaders in any sense, no matter how adorable he might be. What's more, he has his own Survey Dungeon now, Dragon in Motley, so you can get him later.
Background
He's a cute stuffed cat who apparently contains all manner of demonic forces behind his zippered mouth. Really, the evo progression is awesome and he's the most toy-like of the toydragons. Other than that, I've got nothin'. And I certainly have no idea what Jokers have to do with demon-stuffed cats. I am guessing there's some kind of Japanese-language pun here?
