Ancestor of the Gods, Izanagi
Evaluation
Izanagi's Leader Skill has a high 3.5x ATK multiplier, but its requirement to maintain at least 80% health makes him harder to use and less reliable than Awoken Athena, whose leader skill is an unconditional 3x ATK to God types. However, when paired with another Izanagi, he can form a x12.25 team which should be able to one-shot most monsters in farmable dungeons, allowing him to maintain his health threshold fairly easily so long as enough orbs are available. His Active skill gives him an outstanding finishing move, too.
It is strongly recommended that players with Izanagi gain and skill up Godly Knight of the Sky, Verche, who is both a farmable God type and who has a crucial orb-changing ability.
He is likewise an excellent sub for both Athena teams and teams led by himself, due to his explosive Active skill. His all-around high stats make can him valuable on rare Light teams, as well.
However, note that while he is great for farming and can easily tackle Urgent, Special and Bi-Weekly dungeons, maintaining his high health-threshold in Descended dungeons with lots of pre-emptive attacks can be hard if not downright impossible, so plan accordingly.
For New Players
Izanagi is not recommended for new players due to lack of powerful God types early on, but he is very valuable if pulled later on.
