War Deity of the Night, Tsukuyomi
Evaluation
Yomi was a very much overlooked god for a long time, because she doesn't have any offensive capabilities or provide any stat boosts. However, her Active Skill Change the World can perform wonders for the right leader like Hell Deity, Jackal Anubis or Goddess of Rice Fields, Kushinada.
The Attacker version of Yomi has one of the highest ATK values in the game, making her a perfect sub for Hand of the Dark God, Metatron. Even without that painfully-rare leader, though, Yomi is still a good sub for combo-based teams due to her dual Extend Time Awoken Skills that give a whole extra second to match orbs. (This might not sound like much, but when you're matching orbs, it's an eternity.) Egyptian and Chinese teams love her new dual colors!
By the way, this version of Yomi also has a very powerful Leader Skill, though by the time you're able to get the evo mats for her, you probably already have a leader that's just as strong or better. (But still, you can never have too many easy 9x farming teams, right?)
For New Players
Yomi is not good as a leader unless Ultimate Evolved into War Deity of the Night, Tsukuyomi, and getting the evo materials for this Ultimate Evolution requires running an extremely hard dungeon. Reroll if you don't have any better leaders, but if you do, she's worth keeping as a sub once you can get a couple of Awakenings into her.
Background
In Japanese mythology, Tsukuyomi is the deity of the Moon, brother to Sun goddess Amaterasu. He is sometimes depicted as female, which may be the reason for Yomi's somewhat-ambiguous art in this game. Wikipedia
