Shining Sea Deity, Isis
Evaluation
Upon achieving her second Ultimate Evolution, Isis becomes a decent leader for the late game. Her damage multiplier increases and hearts count as a color for her leader skill requirement. While her leader requirements are slightly tougher than 
Da Qiao & Xiao Qiao's to achieve the same damage multiplier she is more versatile: her minimum multiplier activates when three colors are matched and she has a higher max multiplier than Da Qiao & Xiao Qiao when five colors are matched. Unfortunately, matching five colors is extremely tough, making her max multiplier hard to utilize. However, in a sticky situation, she can easily achieve 9x damage with a simple three color match.
Where she excels is her ability to throttle damage so as to not accidentally overkill while stalling for skills. When paired with another Isis leader, she can do 1x, 9x, 12.25x, or 16x. When paired with Da Qiao & Xiao Qiao their possible damage multipliers are: 3x or 14x, 16x or 18x. By switching between matching 3 colors and 4 colors, 
Shining Sea Deity, Isis/ Da Qiao & Xiao Qiao players can switch between mob killing without overkill and boss killing.
Unfortunately, her active skill is very weak.
For New Players
Isis' second ultimate evolution requires two Angelits which are very difficult for new players to get. However, unevolved 
Isis is still be a powerful leader in the early game.
