The final bosses in this dungeon are 
Machine Golem Mk.II and 
Dark Golem Mk.II, who normally only come from the Rare Egg Machine. Either has a chance of dropping upon defeat. There's also a chance of meeting the other three Golems on the earlier floors, who also have a chance of dropping.
