In Ver. 6.4, a dungeon scoring system was added to the game. The highest difficulty level of certain Special Dungeons will have a high score tracker, where you will receive one 
TAMADRA the first time you achieve an S Rank.
In the past update, whenever you play on a 7x6 board your score will be reduced and the rewards are better.
The score is tallied in three parts: Average Combo, Total Turns, and Average Rarity (Stars).
Total Turns[]
Formula:
40000- 2500×(N-X)
N=Total turns you used (moving an Orb counts as 1 turn)
X=Number of floors in dungeon
In other words, if the number of turns you used exceeds the number of floors in this dungeon by 16, then your score for this section will be 0.
Average Rarity[]
Average Rarity = Total Rarity / Number of monsters on team
In other words, if you leave some of your team slots empty, the Average Rarity will adjust accordingly.
Note: The Average Rarity & Average Combo numbers displayed in-game are rounded, but the actual value used in the calculations are not rounded.
The score absolutely conforms to this formula: 76.2078 x (10-Average Rarity)^4 rounded to the nearest 100
